The Rodeway Inn Hermiston, Umatilla offers exceptional management and maintenance. My room was impeccably clean, with immediate hot water and a shower chair for comfort. The coffee maker and fridge in the room added convenience. Additionally, the A/C was quiet, allowing for a restful stay. I highly recommend this location for anyone traveling between Boise and Portland.

The exterior may appear sparse.

The towels should definitely be upgraded!!! Also, the possibility of renovation left an odd smell lingering in the room. A little maintenance could go a long way for comfort!!!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was average overall. It did have a comforting vibe, but it unfortunately smelled like smoke, which was disappointing. I really appreciated the owner helping me with my bags, though—it's nice to see someone care. The beds were comfy enough, but the comforters definitely weren't. Parking was convenient, which was a plus.

A decent spot for weary travelers

The rooms were big enough and surprisingly clean. The manager helped me carry my bags when I was having a hard time, and that kinda service is rare nowadays.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but it was fair for what you get.
